An expert pastry chef will be at your disposal to let you know how the “Baci della Riviera” are born, illustrating the various types. We will talk about the world of chocolate and the choice of ingredients and how the Lavender Bacio is born. Each participant will learn how to create their own Bacio. At the end we will visit the “budello” (the shopping street) of Alassio, the traditional Wall of Lovers and the wall of the “four-legged friends”.

After the visit of the city of Alassio, we will return to the Pasticceria Bistrot for the final tasting of  Baci.

Not included in the price: possibility of lunch or dinner on the terrace overlooking the sea
